Doorways Jamaica Realty was established by Paulette Pate who has lived and worked in the UK, the USA and other countries of the Caribbean and brings this international perspective to her work in Real Estate. She is fluent in Spanish and reasonably fluent in French.

Paulette Pate began her career at the Weichert Academy in Bethesda, Maryland, where she went on to serve with Weichert Realtors as a Rental Specialist, a Mentor and graduated to a Management Trainee in her first 3 years. Paulette earned many awards for her work and was personally congratulated by Jim Weichert in her first year of Service!

Since returning to Jamaica in 2004, Paulette has continued to work in Real Estate, with Coldwell Banker and subsequently, with Mullings Allen Real Estate. She also worked with the Realtors Association of Jamaica (RAJ) to establish the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which has truly revolutionized the way Real Estate is practiced in Jamaica.

The transition to being a Broker of her own company is the first step in the fulfillment of Paulette’s dream to be the Real Estate Company of choice for returning residents and those who desire to see the transformation and further development of Jamaica.
